KEY PEOPLE
With 20 years experience, Sam is a researcher skilled in all aspects of qual and quant research and strategy. Prior to starting Antenna, Sam was a Director of Clarity Strategic Research and Director of Qualitative Research at Arnold & Bolingbroke, working with major Australian and international brands and delivering practical, usable insight and strategy to their businesses. Sam brings a wealth of qualitative experience to the table, having worked with a diverse range of clients and categories across FMCG, Personal Care, Finance, Government and many more.
With more than 20 years experience in developing and leveraging insights inside businesses to drive a deeper customer understanding that leads to better outcomes. Prior to joining Antenna, Leigh held her roles as Chief Customer Officer at Hearing Australia (a Commonwealth owned Healthcare Organisation), General Manager of Customer Experience at the nbn and Head of Insights and Marketing at Procter & Gamble & James Hardie. Leigh specialises in Brand and Customer Experience research to drive strategies for Customer and Shopper Experience, Brand Positioning and Segmentation and has delivered transformational programs from Insights to Action in FMCG, Retail, Health, Construction and Telecoms.
With over 15 years of experience. Brett is a researcher with a wealth of experience in research field management and the application of emerging technology to research problems. He has strong skills in customer experience tracking, brand health and campaign effectiveness research and the application of customer online research communities. Brett was previously Managing Director of Toluna Australia, a global insights technology and panel company, and General Manager of Arnold & Bolingbroke (and Sam’s boss), a mid-size agency with a focus on customer satisfaction and brand & advertising tracking.
